LSK Green Group a.s. operates in the field of renewable energy sources, battery systems, production control, and efficient connection of sources to the distribution network.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Director to join our management team, who will take responsibility for technical direction, project management, and coordination of the technical team.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Professional and strategic leadership of the technical department (designers, engineers).
- Responsibility for the design and implementation of power engineering projects (RES, PV, BESS, control systems).
- Supervision of generation unit designs and connections to the distribution system.
- Preparation and review of technical documentation, outputs, and simulation models.
- Technical mentoring, building knowledge base, and team training.
- Coordination with sales and development departments, cooperation with partners and authorities.
- Active participation in meetings with clients and suppliers, technical consulting.
- Preparation and validation of bid calculations.
What We Expect From You:
- University degree or secondary education with relevant experience in electrical engineering.
- Experience in a technical or project leadership position (minimum 3 years).
- Ability to make independent decisions, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with technical standards and legal regulations in the energy sector.
- Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel within the Czech Republic.
