10.32 kWp Solar Power Plant on the Facade

In Modřice, we built the first commercial facade photovoltaic power plant in Europe using Flexi panels with an installed capacity of 10.32 kWp. The power plant serves CTP Invest as a source of electricity. The project was built entirely without subsidies, saving the company years of applications and approvals.

The system is designed as off-grid with battery storage. All generated electricity is consumed on site, with no surplus fed into the distribution grid.

This innovative power plant uses ultra-lightweight and flexible solar panels weighing only 7.5 kg, providing up to 450 kW output. These panels maximize efficiency by utilizing every square meter of the facade or building fence.
